Job Summary:

We are seeking a UX Designer with strong experience in e-commerce to join our product team. You will
be responsible for creating user-centric designs that streamline online shopping experiences, from product
discovery to checkout. By combining research insights with practical design solutions, you will help shape
the customer journey and optimize conversions. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights
• Analyze feedback and market trends, develop clear user flows and sitemaps, create low- to highfidelity wireframes, build interactive prototypes to illustrate interactions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible implementation, maintain consistent branding and
  design standards
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders, use analytics to make data-driven decisions,
  monitor KPIs like conversion and cart abandonment rates
• Maintain documentation such as style guides or design systems.
• Candidates with experience in the e-commerce domain are preferred

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or
  equivalent work experience).

Experience

• 2–4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or
  retail websites.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design for various devices.
• User-centric mindset: Demonstrable track record of applying user-centered design
  methodologies.
• Analytical Abilities: Capable of interpreting analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) for
  data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal/written communication skills for crossfunctional teamwork.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for visual details, usability issues, and overall user satisfaction.
