Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Product Manager to join our dynamic product team in Vijayawada. As a Tech
Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and innovation,
overseeing the development, launch, and iteration of technical products and features. Proven experience
in Laravel PHP (specializing in API development) is a must. Preference will be given to candidates
who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the product owner for technical product features, defining product requirements, use cases,
  and user stories.
• Define and implement product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to enhance product development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategies.
• Track product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech-focused environment. Proven
  hands-on experience in Laravel PHP for designing, building, and maintaining APIs (RESTful
  services).

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to work with diverse
  teams.
• Proven experience in the e-commerce domain would be given preference.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals to enhance product usability and engagement.
• Proficiency in Telugu is a plus.
