Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing
campaigns
across various platforms. This role will involve strategizing, planning, and overseeing social
media campaigns to enhance the client’s brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The position requires
close coordination with the design team to ensure the campaigns align with business goals. Immediate
joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple
    platforms (Paid and organic campaigns, social media marketing).
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement improvements for
    better reach and impact.
  • Coordinate with content writers and graphic designers to produce engaging, high-quality
    marketing materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4,
    Search Console, Tag Manager).
  • Manage and update social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting on various
    platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies for improving performance and staying
    ahead of market trends.
  • Engage with the audience through social media, responding to inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotional campaigns and brand collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, providing actionable insights and
    recommendations for future campaigns.
    Ensure all marketing strategies align with the overall brand messaging and business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media management (4+
    years of relevant work experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience in managing paid and organic campaigns, as well as social media platforms
    (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and
    Facebook Pixel.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present strategies and performance
    reports effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Telugu proficiency is a plus.
