Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Admin – Operations to join our team. The ideal
candidate will assist in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth
business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen
eye for detail to ensure efficient workflow and seamless execution of operational processes. Immediate
joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling documentation, and processing
    invoices.
  • Handle data entry tasks and generate reports related to sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for operational tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of team events, meetings, and other operational activities.
  • Monitor office equipment and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functioning.
  • Support the team in organizing and executing operational initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related
    field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and
    CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
