Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for designing visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing
materials, website graphics, social media creatives, and branding elements. The role requires a strong
understanding of design principles, branding, and user engagement. Immediate joiners are highly

Key Responsibilities:

• Design banners, social media posts, advertisements, email templates, and other marketing
  materials.
• Create visual content for websites, mobile applications, and digital campaigns.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure design consistency across
  all platforms.
• Work on UI/UX designs for web and mobile interfaces when required.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other graphics for various media.
• Ensure visual content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
• Prepare print-ready files for brochures, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Keep up with design trends and tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects,
  Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Canva is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  Excellent creativity, communication, and attention to detail.
