• Proficiency in sales reporting and basic tools
• High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity
Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in FMCG sales or channel management
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in handling distributors and retail networks
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
