Ad Marketing Assistant
Key Expectations:
– Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Assist in audience research, targeting strategy, and ad creative coordination.
– Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
– Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
– Track budgets, ensure timely campaign delivery, and maintain performance dashboards.
– Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
– Stay updated with evolving trends in performance marketing, ad formats, and algorithms.
– Manage internal documentation and assist in client presentation materials.
Technical Skills Required:
– Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
– Knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
– Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio).
– Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
– Understanding of marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
– Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing basics (preferred).
