Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting
standards. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, tax filings, and financial
reconciliations. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings as per regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Work with auditors and financial advisors for year-end audits.
    Use accounting software for bookkeeping and financial management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
    field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation laws.
  • Experience in GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle financial reports and reconciliations efficiently
